Re: PBS Tier 1 dependant + FLR (M) = ILR?

Thanks CR001 for your reply,

It means the first 30 months the person stayed as PBS dependant would not be counted towards your ILR qualifying period.

Thanks CR001. My question has been answered. :-)

Re: PBS Tier 1 dependant + FLR (M) = ILR?

HI CR001,

Lets say PBS started from 1st Jan 2011 and held for 30 months so until 30th June 2013.

Then person switched to FLR (M) from 1st July 2013 till 31st Dec 2016. Completing 5 years. (30+30 months)

Then does this person has to renew FLR (M)? Or would this person qualify for ILR?

Would this person be able to apply for ILR after 60 months of stay? Or 2. This person needs to complete 60...

Re: PBS Dependant IHS

If you have limited leave as a PBS holder, then her leave will be granted to expire on the same date as when your leave expires, under 319D(a). Therefore, if your/her leave will expire in less than six months, then there would be no Immigration Heath Surcharges to pay. Does she have enough time to ...
