On 5/5/16 recieved call from Croydon PEO at 11am that Appoitment has been cancelled. Appoitment time was 11.30am. Little bit shocked as call was just 1/2 an hour before. Ignore the call & try to get inside the Lunar House HO. Luckily went through, no one ask me about the Appoitment cancellation...

We have seen refusals due to tax mismatch. If you have 3-4 months in hand before visa expiry, I suggest file for amending the tax and then apply just to be 100% sure.

Have you come across any specifically refused after the tax amendment and particularly after they amended the taxes for 2010/11 or 11/12 and paid the dues?
What reason can they refuse as it cannot be deception as taxes have been amended before application of ILR.
