Do u mean I should say Research Associate rather than postdoc Research Associate? What the difference. Just wonder whether people who has applied with postdoc experience has been successful. How do they phrase the duties and tasks. Caseworker is of course not an expert in my field.

postdoc- a specialist job?

I got rejected of claiming 3 yeaars of postdoc experience as a specialist level. How should I rephrase or what supporting document should i put?Help is greatly appreciated!

It seems that it is difficult to claim points for significant achievement.
Does it make it through if I have

6 international publications?
ORS scholarship?
2 academic reference from 2 professors?
