successful application

I also have another query - is it always the case that the sponsor (e.g. me) is not allowed to attend the interview?

And regarding the financial criteria - how much do they expect the applicant and the sponsor to have in order to pass the criteria?

I just rang up the Home Office in Croydon hoping to book an appointment for my ILR application. I told the officer that my application is based on a 10-year long residence. She told me that on that basis, I must complete the full 10 years before I can apply. I said this is not what stated on the app...
