Oops..sorry..your calc is right. Ita just the hours bit which is incorrect. Its 39hrs.

Ho there..
I think the math is wrong. If your annual salary is 21,300 then your hourly is 10.24
Also...soc code 2139 is based on 39 hours and not 37.5

The new SOC CODES document is not published yet. Do you think a call to the home office would give us some kind of up to date info about our individual soc codes salary rates ?

Hi, I am just wondering, what is the significance of the SOC codes list anymore given that most of the ILR applicants will have to meet the 35k threshold ? Does anyone know how the appropriate rate and the new 35k threshold work ? Does the ILR applicant need to meet both of the requirements or only ...
