Re: British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

The following link provides detailed information on the C Visa application process. Provide as much evidence as you and your spouse can to satisfy INIS requirements http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Visit%20(Family%20Friends) The leaving date is a guidance to INIS so you can state 1/2/3 or more ...

Re: British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

Hmm, just been looking at the C-Visa Form, forgive me if I'm thinking too much into this, although it states the date my partner will leave Ireland - of course we don't want this, as soon as she's here we will apply for the EU1 Form. Still not found a conclusive list of documentation to include with...

Re: British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

Brilliant, thank you very much for all your help guys, helped me very much!

I assume the documents are pretty straight forward for the C Visa? Proof of address, income etc? is there anywhere I can view a full list? the government website itself lists all sorts and doesn't give a conclusive answer!

Re: British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

Ah okay that clears a lot up, thank you for being very informative! It does seem rather straight forward, although another query of mine would be regarding the 'C' visa. I've read in some places, although not sure if out of date, that you can't apply for a residence card on a 'C' visa, is this true ...

Re: British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

Ah I see, that's for the Residency Card correct? I believe I was looking at GNIB Stamp 4, some information is here http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/registration-stamps Although still unsure if it's required to have a D or C visa, lots of conflicting ideas. It seems that the GNIB Stamps have been...

British Citizen living in Ireland - bring Non-EU Spouse to Ireland.

Hello, I am a British Citizen currently working full-time and living in Ireland. I have been married for a year to my Azerbaijani partner, we've seen each other before and after the marriage a considerable amount of times. What Visa route would I need to take to get her to live here with me in Irela...

Second visit to the UK on the same Visa

Hello, Can't really find any information on the internet so I thought I'd rely on this forum again! My wife got her Visa accepted in March and came for 9 days, now she'll come again in July for 4 weeks (her Visa is marked with MULT so I know she can come again). My question is, does she need to prov...

Re: UK Family Visa: Different accommodation provider to spon

Post-appointment worries! my partner had her appointment today, handed in all the documents that we provided and now we're just waiting on a response. I know I shouldn't panic/worry now as there's nothing else we can do seeing as the application has been sent off, although my main concern is about t...

Re: UK Family Visa: Different accommodation provider to spon

Wups, didn't see the other response, the only evidence we have would be she is on her final year of University in Baku, her University has supplied a letter stating her enrolment, dates and the course she is on, along with her name and D.O.B. She held a Schengen Visa last year and visited Spain for ...

Re: UK Family Visa: Different accommodation provider to spon

Thanks for all the help Casa, sorry for how simple they are! got two more questions to ask, probably another yes/no response! 1) I would need my mothers signature on the letter of invitation along with mine as she's providing accommodation? 2) On the UK Visitor Visa application, once printed and pai...

Re: UK Family Visa: Different accommodation provider to spon

Sorry, just one more question related to this scenario! I'm unable to get a bank statement from the dates of February 10th onwards, because of a stupid monthly rolling system by my bank, Natwest. Is it ok in my invitation letter to mention I've included last months statement from January 13th - Febr...

Financially sponsoring them, so paying for their travel, food/drinks, sight-seeing costs etc. Basically paying for everything whilst they are here in England for about a week, so they don't have to support themselves with their bank balance. I just want to know if I can provide evidence of my income...

Sponsorship information

Hello, I have spent the past few days reading here and Googling my question, yet am unable to find any conclusive answer. Can I sponsor someone for a general visitor visa, for around one to two weeks in the UK if they will be staying at a hotel in the area? I am just worried that sponsoring someone ...
