In my case, the employer published ads on 2 portals - fish4jobs.co.uk and universal jobmatch (which I think is the government portal)
(FYI, my CoS was approved)

Hmm...that sounds strange. How is year end related to this activity? Also, my immi lawyer said that the decision will be on 11th. The allocation takes place on 11th of every month and some people/employers start getting updates on the same day.
Has anyone received any update yet?
