Again, UK ILR is only valid in the UK. It means absolutely nothing to Ireland. Indian passport holders need a visa to visit Ireland, so you should apply through the usual channels.

What passport do you have? Dublin is in another country (ROI). If you did not have ILR, could you travel to ROI visa free (for example, if you had an Australian passport you can travel to ROI for 90 days visa-free)?

ILR is only valid within the UK.

If you have legally changed your name, you have legally changed your name. You cannot apply in your old name. Your tax records/ banking are going to be all mixed up with different names and delay or possibly reject your application. You need to fully switch over to your married name. Your best cours...
