Re: Tier 1 Ent extension successful but already sent SET(LR)

You should look at the dates very carefully. The Date you posted your Varied Set(LR) application. The Date Set(LR) Fee difference was deducted (i.e. £671). The Date of Tier 1 valid from on BRP card or the date on decision letter was issued (Whichever is of earlier date). If the Date on Tier 1 BRP ca...

LIUK Pass Certificate missing in returned Documents File

Hi, My Set(LR) was approved two days ago and HO retunred my Passports with all Documents. The case worker clearly mentioned in the Decision letter that Passports, Degree and LIUK Result is enclosed with Retuned Documents. However, LIUK Result is not included in the file. Does anyone know how and who...

Successful Variation From Tier 1 (Ent) to Set (LR)

Dear All, Many thanks to everyone who contributes on this forum. It really helps and clear the misconceptions. In April I applied for Tier 1 (ENT) Extension (with one dependant) and received an Interview letter for the date, 29th July. However, on 11th July I Completed my 10 Years so applied for Set...

Re: FLR FP - Urgent help needed please

Coloured Copy will do the favour as HO got access on your records. Just make sure you didnt miss/skip any relevant question in the application form otherwise it can be treated/returned as uncompleted.

Re: FLR FP - Urgent help needed please

You can send them to Sheffield as suggested by HO Helpline (advice that vary from person to person, you might get different advice if you call them after an hour) or you can send them to Lunar House as suggested by FLR-FP guidance. OR You can send them to both addresses OR write same covering letter...

Re: FLR FP - Urgent help needed please

Hello everyone I would like to ask few questions in regards to flr fp application. My wife applied flr fp application on 20th June and she has given her biometric today. I recently received my ILR so my question is, what document do I need to send to support my wife application. I did not fill sect...

Re: FLR(FP) Application Falls outside HO Normal Service Stan

Also note that the letter doesn't actually say the HO will ' try to make a decision quickly ', but ' as quickly as possible '. In other words, as soon as they are able. There is a subtle difference. Hi Casa, Many thanks for your reply. Now, she got the Case ID, do you think that she can request her...

Re: FLR(FP) Application Falls outside HO Normal Service Stan

FLR(FP) is applies to the spouse or unmarried partner who is unable to meet the FLR(M) requirements but who may qualify for an Exception under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules. Re: FLR(FP) Application Falls outside HO Normal Service Stan

It's fairly standard for a FLR(FP) application. Under what circumstances has your wife applied for FLR(FP)? She was my Teir 1 (Ent) dependant and I applied for my tier 1 ent extension along with my dependant. This month I qualified for LR route so I varied my application to SET(LR). At the same tim...

FLR(FP) Application Falls outside HO Normal Service Standard

Hi, I varied my Teir 1 Ent application to SET (LR) 2 weeks ago (on the basis of 10 years LR). Also I varied my spouse Dependant Teir 1 Ent application to FLR(FP) at same time (Biometrics were given prior to variation for old applications). However, my spouse received a letter regarding her FLR(FP) a...

Re: Application Varied & Interview Letter

That is great. Don't worry your variation was done before they concluded your Tier 1 Ent Ext. Please note that the acknowledgment letter and biometric request can take a couple of weeks. Lets see what the seniors say ... I myself applied for Tier 1 Ent in May 2016, I am enrolling my biometric tomor...

how many absences do you have in that particular year? Will these 4 days take your absences over the limit? It would be best if these were mentioned however since the application has already been lodged, I would just let it go ..... purely based on the fact that I have not heard UKVI going into scr...

History Of Absence

Hi,
I submitted my SET(LR) application and just remembered that I forgot to mention my 4 days trip of Europe in 2012 in my UK absences history. Can anyone guide me what should I do in this regard? I submitted the application on 6th of July and fees has not been deducted yet.

Thanks

Re: Variation of Tier 1 Entr application to Set (LR)

Hi I spoke with one solicitor and he advised me to vary the application to Set(LR) once completing 10 Years (not within 28 days of qualifying period) and ask the HO To Hold my dependant Tier 1 Entr extension application. Hence the dependant doesnt need to start 5 years again for ILR. He says there ...
