No its not a good idea.

Try to take reference letter which more detailed your responsibilities.
standard reference letter is not enough.

You can download review application form from their site.

Guys do you know how this situation will considered during HSMP applying not for extention.

For instance if I earned the necessary amount in past 10 month but dont work at all during past 2 month ?

If you can explain very clear the difference do it if no I think 30 pound is not a big amount and it shouldnt make a problems.

Dont focus on partner's points. Try to make good letter explianing why your job was graduate level.

You dont need to send your documents again.
They already have all your copys.
You need just fax or email them your review applikation with explanation letter why you want review.

I understant that Employer's letter is not good evidence but why you dont want to send it. Dont risk send it too. As many evidence you have as good.
