Hi ambitionuk,

Bank statment is no mandatory if you have Tax docs and wage slips.
If there everithing is clear and correct you should not worry it is enough.

No. HSMP visa now is valid for 2 year. So if you enter in 10 month after EC you will have onlyb 14 month to find a job.

Hi giblet, You can apply now and receive your HSMP approval letter :) in 2 - 3 weeks. After it apply for EC and take you EC. You sould have a time if your are in a rush. After getting EC go to Dublin and live there till Jun 1 or till April if you want. After it if you dont want to stay in Dublin go ...

1971 is right when you want to claim 50 point for work experience. For senior level positions.

But I do not think that they will look in your income if you want to claim points for not senior posiotions.

You are correct for 1 and 2 questions. BUT if you receive your EC on the 09/01/06 you have only 24 month for apply for Leave to Remain to extend your stay for another 3 years. It is not meen that if you Arrived in UK 12/01/06 you have 24 month after arriving NO. Your clock starts form the date when ...

Great news lanwarrior :) :) :)

You have 6 months to apply for EC. After obtaining EC you can enter to UK when you want during 24 month. 24 month period are started only after obtaining EC.

If you dont want to claim points for your past earning you should not provide any evidences for it.

If you claim 65 point without past earning you should not tell them about your salary. It is not necessnary.

Hi Ravs_Uk,

You can tell HSMP that you have 6+ years experience, but onlu provide them your 1rs job refference letter. Also if you have contract from your 2nd job include it. HSMP just will consider your 2 year experiencr.

I FAXed them my review request it is OK you can FAX them.
