1) W2 (printed)
2) LEtter of employment stating salary (original)
3) Bank statement for 12 months (printed)

I did NOT submit my payroll slip.

Thanks, guys! I didn't put whether it's an in-country or out-country application since most people just put their timeline and application type. I"ll keep updating the spreadsheet here instead of using Google Spreadsheet so I don't have to invite people, which is probably troublesome for most. ...

I thought a number of people can get their approval by calling the HO office, as shown in this thread? For example, the applicant "rkc" did through phone.

I finally got my ref. #. I was told by the lady the case is assigned to caseworker and will take 25 days, and 70 days if further processing requires.

Oneway,

Did the operator tell you the same thing about this 25 - 70 days?

As a general principle, you apply online, and then follow the instructions on the screen about the supporting evidence .... where to send it .... what to send.
