If the amount deposited is the same as the amount shown on the payslips then there should be no issue.

Re: Ihs payment problem. Spouse visa IHS

If you have a solicitor than I would contact the solicitor and see how the solicitor may be able to help.

Alternatively, you could try the the UKVI contact centre:

Re: Extension of Spouse Visa

If you apply in time before the expiry of the current visa your wife will not be considered an overstayer.

Did you use the B1 for her inital application for a spouse visa?

Correspodnence addressed to both spouses is usually limited to the period 2-years prior to date of application.

Re: Spouse Visa Application Date

You could choose either options - 28 days before reaching 30 months or upto 28 days before expiry of the currrent visa. Which option you choose depents on your circumstances. The potential issue with applying too early is that the UKVI will grant a furter visa of 30 months - if this period expires b...

Re: Spouse Visa Extension (previous overstayer)

I think it is safe to assume they are referring to immigration history in general and so the answer should be yes if this is the case.

You can explain the situation by providing information in the addtional information section at the end of the online form and/or covering letter.

Re: Divorce issue help please

If you are both settled in the UK then it would make sense to make the divorce application in the UK - this should also provide the added benefit of UKVI not raising any issues re: validty of the divorce if/when your future partner makes a visa application to join you in the UK.

Re: Change of Job after submitting spouse visa

The general advise is to not leave the job. This issue has been clarified in a tribunal decision ( Begum , I think) in which the tribunal ruled that date of application is the key date and not date of decision. Therefore, as along as the rules are met on the date of application, the application shou...

Re: spouse visa

CAT A can only be used to meet the financial requirement if you have been employed by the same employer for at least 6 months.

If you have been employed by your employer less than 6 months then you cannot use CAT A to meet the financial requirement. You will have to use CAT B.
