Hi! I understand that if I request the passport back during the eea2 application, residence card will be issued on a separate A4 paper. Same here.
Sent the application on Mar 6th and no feedback since then.
I called HO today and they told me to keep waiting. They said it might take up to 11 working days to receive the biometric letter.
