Re: Link between passport fee deduction and approval date for NDRS + JCAP

Quick note on my experience. Submitted online application on 06/11/2018 and appointment with local council following day. The lady who validated my documents told me that application may take up to 6 months during this time do not contact UKVI. If passport fees is deducted that means your naturalisa...

Newborn travelling to home country without UK visa

Hi all, Apologies if this has already been answered but I couldn't find any relevant post in the forum. We are currently staying in the UK on a Tier-2 General visa which is valid until 2018. My wife and our 3 months old baby have to travel to their home country urgently. Baby has got the non-British...

Re: Mother In Law's visa has been refused twice

Unfortunately administrative review is no longer an option for visit visa applications. The UKVI seems to be really restrictive is issuing visa these days. My parents visa was rejected on the following objection. "I know you have attached your property documents along with the valuation documen...

Unfortunately visa applications were turned down stating t...

Unfortunately they do not believe what we put down in the application form or covering letter until it is backed by the documentary evidence. Looks like you have mentioned quite a few sources of income for your mother including financial support from partner but didn't provide documentary evidences....

Re: Parents visa refused twice - Please help!

@Obie I am inclined to agree with you that if my mother travel alone then ECO cannot (or should not) object that she does not have any social ties with home country. She indeed has no intention to leave behind her family for good only to live with me here in the UK. And this is not the first time sh...

Thanks for elaborating it. Just because I am applying on behalf of her so I thought I am the one who need to explain it. Re: Parents visa refused twice - Please help!

You writing anything is completely irrelevant to the application. The "applicant" must provide evidence of strong ties to country of residence to convince the ECO that, on balance of probabilities, the applicant will return to the country of residence. Please could you elaborate how is it...

Re: Family Visitor Visa Refused. Administrative Review?

After some research I found that it will help if we keep a valuation of the property. So we have decided to contact a licensed valuator to value the property. This will give the ECO an idea about the worth of the immovable assets Exactly that's what I was told when I was preparing to apply for the ...
