Set(M) proof of accommodation

My wife has a set(M) visa appointment by end of this month. We have moved to a new house last month. We didn't receive title deed from the land registry department. What documents we can attach as a proof of accommodation?

She already got FLR(M) extension in May 2016. She will apply ILR in Nov 2018.

My brother is coming to UK for an exam. He is applying standard visit visa. There are number of types under the visit visa. There are two relevant types either "Business" or "Business (academic)" . So which option does he choose?

6.8 Add all addresses you and your sponsor have lived at in the 2 years preceding this application if you have lived at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years. My wife joined me 2.5 years ago and since then we are living at the same address . Do we need to to our current address?
