Re: Calling the HO

This is exactly what I would like to find out as well.

I have sent my documents on 19/04/2016, payment was taken few days later and it has been quiet since then.

Does anyone have any experience with calling HO asking for the application status update? Is it worth it?

Re: From 12/11 PR Document Required for Citizenship Applicat

Thank you for your response. Your timeline specifies 01/06/12 as a date of when PR was obtained. Is this date something that the HO specified when they sent you the PR Card? When applying for a PR card did you send the documentation to confirm that you have had indeed acquired PR status on that date...

Re: From 12/11 PR Document Required for Citizenship Applicat

I am not sure I am reading this correctly.. Let's say I apply for an EEA PR card on the 01/05/2016 and get the card on the 01/08/2016. I can then apply for Naturalisation straight away given I will be able to prove that I was exercising Treaty Rights from 01/05/2010 to 01/05/2011 - "the extra y...

Re: Supporting documents

I got P60's, payslips, tenancy agreement, some electricity/gas/BT bills, some HMRC letters.

If I were to send all that, do you think that should be enough?

Re: Supporting documents

Thank you for your response.

Statements were sent by the bank as i have requested 5 years worth of them to be sent. The problem is that they dont look "official". Barclays uses their own internal system that sends out statements which look bit like printouts.

Supporting documents

Hi, I think i am going mad now as I want my application to be filled out correctly :) Just to double check... we only send original documents for EEE PR? we don't need to send originals + photocopies of each document sent? Also, did people have any luck with unstamped bank account statements? My ban...

EEA PR date first came to UK

Hi, Quick question on the "date first came to UK". It is just a technicality I think but I was wondering which date should be put down as a first entry to UK. Would it be the date I came here to settle permanently? What if I came here earlier for short-term work (2 months during summer vac...

Re: EEA PR application for EEA family

The thing is though that I am including my wife and child in the application. To me section 11 sounds like it should be filled in when my wife would be putting in separate application. In that case I would be classed as a sponsor in section 2. In my application in haven't filled out section 2 becaus...

Re: EEA PR application for EEA family

Thank you for your reply.

I take it I will have to fill out section 11 of the form for her? Is that right?

EEA PR application for EEA family

Hi, I would want to check few things that are not clear to me in regards to EEA PR card application. I would like to apply for a EEA PR card for myself and my family. I have been a qualified person for almost 10 years, got all WRS certificates so there is no real problem with myself. My daughter has...
