Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Marion, Use this link: https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outreach/Return_of_Documents.ofml But be careful, you have to answer 'No' to the question 'Do you want to withdraw the application?' A 'Yes' there and you would have cancelled your application! Hi Treski, Thanks a lot for your help! I sent the...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

On another note, I have to say, this process has been unnecessarily stressful. It's obvious they've had a massive rise in applications in the recent months and hired a lot of extra staff, but the staff are incredibly misinformed and unhelpful. I've called them late March to ask about the process of...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Interestingly, it was sent Special Delivery although I thought they were being sent back 2nd class signed for. Spanish citizen applying for DCPR: Documents sent ...

Re: French citizen: EEA PR then AN? is that right?

French ID card is fine - one of the many benefits of the EU is that you don't need a passport to travel inside it! Although the UK does not have a national ID card scheme, and their previous attempt was a disaster (and the reason why we are one of the only EU states which do not have fingerprints s...

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain for French citizen

Hi Ohara,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I have to wait until mid-May then as I started my first job in the UK in May 2011. Then I will follow your advice and try to get the DCPR.

Thanks again,

Marion

Indefinite Leave to Remain for French citizen

Hi, I am getting increasingly anxious about Brexit. I am in a long term relationship with a British national (we are in a Civil Partnership) and we bought a house together last year. Because we are worried about what impact will brexit have on our rights and freedom of movement, I have been looking ...
