The reference letter is posted. I sent the docs by special delivery on 8th. Received on 10th. Payment deducted by 12th. Letter dispatched dated 14th. Letter received on 17th. Now waiting for final processing. The bank did not post the entry till the 16th but I could tell that £335 had been taken off...

Hi,
Yes, I agree. There are delays to the payment process side of things. The upside is that cases are being decided upon very fast once the payment comes through.
