My decision due was February 29. The same replies from the department as yours. They refuse to give any timeframes. Temp Stamp 4 card expired in March. Have no idea what's going on!

Unfortunately they don't answer any phone calls; even if it's an emergency case they don't redirect you to the eu treaty rights department.
