hi, if you hv PhD scholarship fom UCD, submit online visa application, document submitted in directly to ireland embassy in london. Overstay is not tht big issue here.

my case in refused on 13 july, submitted review on 25 july, submit DNA test report to prove she is mother, refusal reason, she is not qualify member. 10 month granted til 25/05/2017.

my mother rc is refused as well, i subit a review on 25 july, got 10 month stamp, refusal reson is she is not qualifying family member. can u share ur refusal reason and when did u apply for review

i think they treated ur application as permitted family member because u r above 21. they mention it in first acknowledge letter, permitted or direct family member. at tht moment u need to say i am direct family member. Nw it to late. I think you can only wait. decision will come 3-4 month after the...

Hi, My mother RC application is refused on 13/07/2017, I submit a EU4 review form after 3 days I receive 10 month stamp 4 letter. I took DNA test to prove she is my mother, that is there objection mention in refusal letter. DNA test will come in one week and I will forward it to them. I like to ask ...

do you after refusal they wil accept any document from embassy of pakistan. it is possible to do that. but still I think DNA is better option

Mal11, I have western union slip from 2012 til now around 36 slips., Last One Year mother irish bank account record, it is not the case I know for sure. I think my birth certificate is not verified. my mother got it, they will issue stamp when you get temporary stamp 4 for nine year, I and zahmed did same thing, and our parent get the entry stamp when they get stamp 4.

yes, apply for 6 month visit visa in UK it take normally 15 days, your parents come to UK then come to ireland through belfast and apply EU1 form, six mont to 1 year dependency is enough. if uk is still giving visit visa it is easy way. if you come here and apply directly to home country it will tak...

I did the same thing, u can do it, case will take 10 months at least. once ur parent come in UK, come here, make pps, bank account, house document, once these things ready take your parent with you here.

raja.brit is right, family permit or visit visa is required, only on EU4FM stamp with wife UK entry is not sufficient proof. if officer is satisfied then u can enter otherwise they will not allow.

you can apply, but if she is 21 year or above, she can in EFM EU1A category, It take ages now in ireland to get visa, i recommend try sweden, germany is easy and quick to get this visa
