hi, guys i have heard back from the department today saying that they are working on to develope the process which will deal with the cases impacted by chenchooliah judgement. I get this same wording letter on 12 dec 2019. Update on nadeem case, he ask to submit updated document of last two years.

resubmit all the update documents to INIS again. 16 weeks they will take decision again. people are getting this letter.

request for temporary stamp permission can work for you. if graanted, take GNIB card letter to the embassy, then they hv to issue new passport based to GNIB letter.

i think @Obie, is correct, you need to write letter to department and explain your situation or try to explain your position to your embassy. I think you r technical legal here now. soon or later, you need passport to get stamp.

I think, they said ur application is sent from eu treaty rights department to repatriation unit. so, repatriation unit now make the decision on it. write a letter to INIS, you will get acknowledgement letter. If your mother is direct family member, free movement of travel apply on her. I think, she ...

@azee81, i think, INIS try to appeal the decision of nadeem case judgement in high court, but high court donot allow IT. the INIS appeal is refused now NADEEM can make appeal, within 2 weeks, to issue the visa, if he win the appeal then this case is very useful to others. it will take 2 months more.

Hi capicorn,
you hv entry stamp of ireland, which make u legal here. u can proof it, based on entry date of GNIB card, u have to proof it, u live together, legally, ur mother is direct family member, she can live as long as she like in ireland.

Hi Capicorn, New application in ireland, after EU1 refused and review refused as well. It will take years. they will not issue u any temporary GNIB card as well. I am doing the samething. I have good job in ireland, I donot want to leave it, but in NI it is hard to find accommodation for me at least. If you have any link or reference for room or house to rent, please share it.
I get the same advice from solicitor in UK.

I think, if u can go to UK or planning to go to UK, use EUSS pre-settlement scheme, u have to submit same document as UKRC.
discuss it with lawyer in UK.
go to UK, then apply it is better.
