Re: Spousal visa Appeal Rejected. Now what? Urgent

Are you Irish? I don't know why they'd suggest that there's no evidence of prior meeting if you've supplied photos together. Generally the more you supply the better - stamps on your passport to prove entry/exit from your wife's country, airline tickets, photographs together & together with your...

Re: Visa required for Critical skill employment permit?

You'll need an employment visa to travel to Ireland. There's guidelines on all of the supporting documents you'll need to supply with the visa application. http://inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Employment%20(Permits%20etc.) Then, after you use that and travel to Ireland as mentioned you'll have to regist...

Re: Passport Renewal while on Stamp 4

If you are based in Dublin book an appointment for Registration and go there with your wife, bring her old and new passports, marriage certificate and proof of address the day of the appointment. The officer will place a new Stamp 4 on your wife’s new passport and will issue a new GNIB card. If you...

Passport Renewal while on Stamp 4

My wife is a Filipina who would like to renew her passport and change it to her married name. She is on Stamp 4 here as the Spouse of an Irish Citizen until 2020. Renewing it is easy, that's done via the Philippine embassy in London in conjunction with the Philippine Consulate in Ireland. What I'm w...

Re: Question about Join Spouse Visa

I think you can get another person other than you to act as the sponsor for the Join Spouse Visa. Basically you find somebody who meets the financial requirements who is willing to sponsor you. You get a written letter from them saying they'll support the couple (you both) while you find work and th...

Re: I don't meet the €40,000 income criterion for D visa

I think you can get another person other than you to act as the sponsor. So you find somebody who meets the 40k requirement who is willing to sponsor you. You get a written letter from them saying they'll support the couple (you both) while you both find work, along with that person's P60s, payslips...
