Re: Confusion as home office have updated their website

Hi. I included the previous address. Make sure you send it through recorded delivery and keep the proof of it. They will send you a confirmation email in couple of days time. You do not need to send husband's passport as he will hand it over to VAC when he will go for biomatrics. Thanks Sunoo. When...

Re: Documents required for appointment

She needs to take any passports (old and current) that she has. She needs a print out of the appointment confirmation, and a print out of the 11 page online form. This she should sign on page 2 and 10, and attach a passport size photo to page 1. They'll keep her passports but give back the online fo...

Re: How do I divorce relative in Azad Kashmir?

If I recall right, there are 4 forms you sign during the Nikah, so 4 'Originals' of the Nikah Nama. One is for the bride, one for the groom, and the last 2 I believe are for the Union Council (Tehsil) Register. So I guess you would check with the Union Council your marriage is registered with in Aza...

Re: UK sponsor going abroad after submitting spouse visa

These days they are often calling sponsor as well as employer for clarification or to clear some doubts about jobs/earning so if your contact number is active in Pakistan and your job is ongoing and UK employer confirm your active employment then you will be fine but I would say if its not urgent t...

Re: Accomodation - Survey Required?

A chartered surveyor will be the one to produce a Property Inspection Report. Local councils, Estate Agents and some Legal/Solicitor's (might cost around £60-100) firms should be able to help you out with this. So maybe find out which legal firm in your area provides the service. I'm Midlands based ...

Re: Considering both earnings

You need to show that you effectively earn the threshold on an annual basis. This however is done by providing payslips and banks statements for the last 6 months. So you need to show that over the 6 months prior to the application that you earnt a total of 9300. In other words the lowest monthly s...

I have calculated the payslip from september 2015 - september 2016 estimate... applying in october.

Thanks
Why 12 months? You only need 6... April 2016-September 2016. If they are all £1550, you're earning enough from your salaried income

Re: FLRM Refused, seems wrong decision given

You wife was entitled to work until this month when the Tribunal refused her application, as section 3(C) was in play. Provided she was working, This is the key bit - provided you were working at the time of application, which in your case you were no longer in the employed post so it doesn't count...

Re: Considering both earnings

When you apply under CAT A you need to show the earning of last 6 Months. Whats your earnings in last 6 months and you are in salaried or non salaried employment? I'm salaried employment and if I calculate from September 2015 - September 2016 that will be 15k and still short of my emplacement salar...

Hi guys, Can anyone help me out on the above please ^? I spoke to my employer yesterday. So the method saying BACS and the generic pay date of 25th will remain t...

Wsalaam. 1. Are you relying on cash savings alone or combining with your income? If both, then fill out 3A and 3F. If cash savings alone, then 3F. Re: Payslip issue

The payslips need to correspond with bank statements - I would have the slips re-issued (as it's strange that your employer pays into your account but stated you're paid in cash) or get your employer to provide a signed letter explaining the mistake and that the slips are genuine
