My wife has my daughter's birth certificate which highlights both of our names. She also has a a copy of my passport. Also on my daughter's passport, it includes my wife's surname.

Yes good question... Once they send you an email for IHS for child, chances are the application will be approved. Yes I did, forgot to mention it. Hi Miyash, Thank you, will keep everyone updated. Just letting all know that the VFS emailed today for collection. My wife will go tomorrow, will let everyone know the outcome.
