Re: Apply EU visa during tier-2 curtailment

Thanks Vinny, No, I will not enter UK again. I will go to my country after visiting France. But, what I wanted to know is, if I can apply for French visa. Because, as I dont work here anymore, my UK visa will be curtailed (at some point) and EU visa application asks for a valid UK visa which has atl...

Travel when company has informed about administration

Dear all, My company went into administration about 3 weeks back and eventually they closed last week. My company has already informed HO about going to administration but still has not informed about liquidation. And, having spoken to them, they are going to wait for few days to report to HO (offic...

Re: BRP place of birth effects ILR?

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the report option. In that it doesn't give option to explain the error. It just asks for correct place of birth and then BRP details. Does the BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk email is still a valid? so I can explain to them. Thanks, anybody facing/faced similar issue...

BRP place of birth effects ILR?

Hi, I was oversea applicant for Tier 2 visa and 3 days back I collected my BRP once I came to UK. In my BRP, for the place of birth, instead of Kollegal Karnataka, they have printed only Kollegal Karata (without ka in the end). I know it is due to character limitation. But, does it create any proble...

Re: Withdrawal of Tier2 application and reapply with same CO

Thanks noajthan,

If they ask then its good. But what I am afraid is, since its not legible what if he considers it as I have submitted fake document and considers 320(7b) rule for refusal. I am afraid if its going to create big problem later.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Re: CoS start date and expect entry to UK

Thank you so much Manci, yes I have not yet submitted online application for entry clearance.
Just a question out of anxiety, does changing date on CoS now, with sponsor note like you said, will cause some trouble for entry clearance?

Re: CoS start date and expect entry to UK

Thanks moonlight55, I read in one of the previous post which says it cannot be changed. If it needs to changed then the current one needs to be cancelled and the new one needs to be applied. So I was anxious. Are you sure it can be changed directly in SMS? If anyone else also in this situation or we...
