Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi all, I applied to FLR (M) with super priority service. I had my biometrics appointment at 28th of March Thursday. (9am in the morning @ Manchester) Since then I heard nothing. Even a mail saying something like "we are processing your application" Should I contact with anywhere? Or is it...

FLR M - Employment letter from previous employer

Hi, I changed my job 2 months ago. Because of that, i will give 12 months payslips (3 new, 9 old) I got an employment letter from my current job but the wording in the criteria confused me. "(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming: ....." Beca...

FLR M - Going abroad after application

Hi,

I assume with the new method of application we don't submit the original documents to HO. They just check them in the biometrics stage. Even the passport - Am i right?

After I apply, can I just go abroad? Or to do that should I apply with super priority and pay £600 ?

Thanks,

Perhaps they want to apply before the visa fee increase.
Yes in that case it would be wise to apply early as OP planned.
Is there any planned increase soon? Let me start preparing my documents then :)

Re: FLR - M correspondence / proof of address question

Thanks for the warning. I entered UK at 30-08-2016, so I will complete 30 months of residency at 30 Feb 2019. Isn't any time after 30 Feb is suitable? If I apply at 1st of March and they decide at 15th of March. They will give me 30 months of visa starting at 15th of March 2019, so that it will expi...

Re: FLR - M correspondence / proof of address question

What date did you enter the UK on your current spouse visa? If you apply too early, you risk a shortfall for ILR and the possibility of requiring a 3rd FLR(M) extension to cover a couple of months. I entered UK at 30-08-2016 My BRP is valid until 05-05-2019 (on the card, Date of issue is 05-08-2016...

FLR - M correspondence / proof of address question

Hi, I need to apply FLR-M at March because my first 2.5 years visa expires at May. I have some issues at correspondence part. We are staying at my wife's parents house. So, we are not named in none of the utility bills or council tax. Also, we don't have any shared bills or bank account. Because of ...

FLR M - Payment method

Hi,

When we are paying the visa fee and the IHS surcharge, should it be paid from a debit card or credit card is accepted also?
According to that, I will keep £2000 cash in my current account or won't :)

Thanks.

Re: Appeal - Decision Withdrawn???

Hello kingspunjab2016, My application is refused last week for the same reason too. Missing info on employment letter and missing bank statements of the payslips. We gathered these documents and planning to appeal in a few days. We were hoping that decision will withdrawn with ECM review rather than...

Immigration record after re-apply?

Hello, My settlement/spouse visa is refused due to missing financial documents. Somehow we skipped the bank statements of the payslips and salary info is missing on work letter. I am going to appeal with missing documents. I feel (basically hope) these are minor mistakes and hopefully decision will ...

Re: Settlement visa refused - Need advise appeal or reapply

Thanks for quick answer. I understand that i am supposed to give that documents. We gave bank statements for cash savings, not for the bank account of the salary paid. But this info and the missing info from work letter are somehow on the payslips. Because we are not experts, we simply thought that ...
