I would recommend reading the book atleast once and then use the online mock tests. I found out that there were a few questions that were not available online but were in my test from the book.

Also for PBS dependent online application, you can pay the fees upfront through the online process.

Its not tied to a PEO and they dont always ask applicants to fill it. I was asked to fill it at the Solihull PEO whereas my friend who applied the next day at the same PEO was not given one. So I think its a random request.
