In case someone's visa is refused (outside UK) and apply for AR review. And if there is existing valid leave (existing visa) can that person come back to UK while wait for AR result. And go back if AR is successful to get visa stamped.

I have seen some cos for reference where they just mentioned where job posted and no much detail and they got successfully. So either it depends on case worker so they may refer if it is already provided as part of additional documents.
