Not yet we still waiting first they replied after 4 weeks and asked reason why we need cos , we replied 1st of June wid reason but still waiting.
No idea about restricted and unrestricted Cos

Hi

We got refusal from casework visiting team, they asked reason that why u need cos allocation my HR Drafted letter along with few documents let's see
Iam too much worried visa running out in 8 weeks[img :cry: [/img]

hi Everone,

we received negative reply from home office, they refused COS allocation on the basis of that my employer got cos allocation last time but he didn't use, so why we need COS allocation again give reason?
please need your advice what we need to do now ???

My employer applied on 3rd May 2016 and received it on 10th May 2016. You need to give them all details. They don't ask for money as far as i know thanks "lazyoffice" yeh that was misunderstanding between my employer and home office, basically my employer first time requested COS in 2013 ...

Did you go through previous messages ? Did your employer provide all details and send email to UKBA ? I don't think HO ask money ( and £8000 a big amount too) for fastest allocation of COS.
