Meeting Financial Requirement for ilr

My wife recently obtained her flr(m). We met the financial requirement of £18,600 by using my works pension of £17,500 together with cash savings which were readily available. In December this year I will be entitled to my State pension and wish to tie up my savings in an ISA or another form of inve...

My wife was granted flr(m) on Wednesday 15th June using A1 English certificate University of Cambridge ESOL Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International (Entry 1) * (BULATS).

This certificate was used when she entered the UK on spouse visa in December 13.

Bank Statements for flr(m)

Hi,
My wife entered the UK on a spouse visa on 3/12/13 and her visa expires on 7/7/16. We are attending the Premium Centre Glasgow on 15/06/16. I know we have to submit 6 months bank statements - the latest statement I have is up to 13/05/16 - will this suffice ?

Thanks

Re: Is A1 pass of 2013 valid for FLR 2016?

I found this on another form Varaporn, you are applying for FLR(M) in May, so you're fine. Just to reassure everyone applying for FLR(M) before October 2016, here is the definitive current Home Office guidance. Appendix FM-SE applies: "32D. If an applicant applying for limited leave to enter or...
