Thanks mate, is the request for additional information from the same email id?

Also, if they have any questions for the referees, am I as an applicant would be informed or they would be contacted directly do you know?

Re: Citizenship application queries

Please can I ask what document is needed for proof of living for 5 years (applying in own right and Indian national)? The document page states that if you are a non-eea national, include your passport. Is this sufficient as all entries are stamped. I am providing passport anyway as it is also the fi...

Re: Citizenship application queries

Hello, another question from the application - When did you first arrive in the UK? I came to UK in 2013 and maintained continued residence with different visas for 10 years and applied for Set LR (ILR). I used 2013 as the time to answer this question in ILR application. Now for citizen application,...

Re: Citizenship application queries

Thanks. Sorry, the 3rd question was - Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time? By mistake I pasted a wrong question. So for this, I have 2 children who have already acquired BC, so should this be Yes/No. One of the response on this forum says to answer Yes, and then clarify as ...

Re: Difficulty finding a suitable referee #1 for adult naturalisation

Thank you, and back with another related query - I am filling the from online for my naturalisation. Am I correct to understand that in this case Referee 1 would be any adult British citizen; and Referee 2 would be the person with allowed professional standing? I remember it was other way round when...

Re: Difficulty finding a suitable referee #1 for adult naturalisation

If they are directors of a VAT registered company they would qualify. Being a sole trader isn't the same thing, they have to have set up a VAT registered company be the director of it. That is the question you need to ask. Thank you, I will check on this. May I know what you meant by the term "...

Its sad that I have exhausted all avenues of finding a suitable referee for my application (referee #1 - professional), as the only people who I know are from IT b...

Re: Set LR (10 years) query - loss of employment

Thank you so much for the reply.

Question is when it does, and when she is in "grace period" of visa curtailment when the letter is received - can that grace period be counted towards 10 year Set LR (Feb'24)?

Re: ILR application before or after spouse's BC application

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I know that both of our applications are separate.
