Based on the reply TODMAT and link, I questioned back to the immigration lawyer and now they have confirmed that they have done some 'further research' and confirmed that my family will need to switch to dependents of a settled person.

Hi All,

I got one query,
I am on Tier2 ICT visa which finishes on July16 end, i want to sponsor my parents for UK visitor visa, is there any requirement that my visa should be valid for 6 months then only i can sponsor them or it doesn't matter how much visa i have got as a sponsor?
