Hello guys...
I got one question .if baby born outside uk of parent having ILR before the birth then what route should we follow to bring the child in uk and get british passport for the child..any advice will be appriciable.thanks

@hairy Did your declare dividends in sa302 at right time or you just amded your sa302??? If sa302 is filed correctly at right time when it was actually due then you might get away with this issue... I assume now a days they are checking sa302 if there is no amendment then you might get away... But i...

@shan Thanks for your reply.... There is nothing to do with amendments you can do that at any time... And you didnt amend it for claimed earning to HO.its outside of respective year As yoy said your ct600 and taxes are paid and clear for declared earning then i will say its a disgusting decision and...

He did declared in sa302 but didnt submit ct600..
In sa302 you dont pay tax on dividends as you get 10% credit..and you paid it through corporation tax...
As he didnt submit ct600 so i recon his dividends becomes void...thats what CW thought...

Although you declared your dividends as your personal income in sa302 which is fine... Those dividends will be legal only w...

Did you submit your all ct600 with your application??!
If not sending all ct600 to CW is not a bad idea..atleast that will show them your dividends are legal...and you paid tax on that...thanks

I think you dont need to send anything unless its asked for.hopefully you be fine as in postal application they are bit soft.fingure crossed.
What about your sa302 and ct600 for initial application are they uptodate with hmrc???!

Yes you can file sa302 for respective years but problem is hmrc takes 3 to 4 months or even more to update it. Another prob is CW ask about ct600 so if you want to amend company accounts you need to restore your company and it will be restored through court order and whole procedure is of more than ...
