Hi , did u apply ilr or flr? Did u get it?

I'm new to this forum . If someone give some advice it would be more helpfull . I spoke one of the soliciter he said with the caution if I apply it will b refused. I need spent 11 more months to complete 24 months so he was saying apply descretionary leave to remain DL .. U will get 2 and half year ...

Can I apply for for (fp) 10 year long residence. I have my wife with me nearly 6 years and daughter born hear 5 years old. Will it b affect for for fp?

Yes . I got a simple caution 2015 December. I'm now eligible to apply for ilr long residency but my soliciter said I can apply now. I don't have any other option bcz my previous visa tire 1 enterprenure court of appeal process. I have plan to withdraw and apply ilr. I came a long way to reach this....

Is simple caution affects ilr?

You can ONLY go for appeal if you have been given the right to appeal. If you have been given the option of AR, then do that. After that, you could do JR (costs a lot though).
