Most of the applicant like in your situations..
Most of them got only acknowledgment..
So not to worry..
They currently working for 25th November..
wait another 2 months before you worry more

usually they give 6 months first for most of the applicant but if they satisfy fully with the documents you provided then only they issue 5 years full residency in the first place..
On the other hand if they feel they need more documents they will ask you in letter..

After any application they send Acknowlegement Letter?.
now you have wait for the outcome in the main if they need they will ask u in writing..

Not necessarily it should take 14 weeks many people got in few weeks..They do it quick if all the documents are all in order most of the time its my own research..
In my case i got in 1 days ..its strange..

Now since you don't work you need to provide the evidence of living.if are depended on your husband earning provide his few things like his job letter and p60s as well as few latest payslips..if you joint bank statement if provide both for last 6 month. Or if you are in social provide social welfare...

As long as you have PRTB Letter it carries a lot weight.. Get a letter from your landlord that states you and your wife names and address as well as rent amount.. should be fine.. Let them know by email or letter that you moved to different place and they will ask for further prof then send them whatever you can manage by then if you dont have all documents with the new house add a cover letter and explain why.. Try to give them each years address prof all the standrad bills and as well as all PRTB letter and all landlord contract .. more importantly try to give all prove that u and your wife together thats the basic key. do you guys have joint bank account? if you have great.. they do not look for your P60...
