To be honest from my best knowledge,its a complecated matter..because your wife visa based on your activity in the states..now if you move in to diff country she loses her rights in the states where she residing.. now its my own understnding ..she has to reside where you currently exerciseing your a...

If you are asking about documentation,they are all simple documents such as: you and your wife passport copies,marriage cert,both birth cert,both bank statement,your parents passports and their marriage cert as well as birth cert.. Give them your address prof if you have PRTB add them too..get a let...

To me, once you mentioned your matter in the application it look good as an honest applicant ..now since you mentioned did you give any sort of cover letter to explain the matter a bit to them along with your application? Did you attach the the court out come and the fine you paid? Id say not answer...

From my best knowledge If you are EU national you need bring marriage cert on arrival..apart from the passport To apply for your wife you need a have a job thats pretty much it..
