naturalization based on marriage with naturalized citizen

The rule says, that u can apply for irish citizenship if u are married to an irish citizen for at least 3 years, but what if we are married for 4 years - yet as non irish - than i got naturalized. Assuming my spouse is living here for 3 years, after i got the citizenship, can my spouse right away ap...

u can at the same time apply for the permanent residency under eu treaty rights, in case ur naturalization takes years or refused, with that u can legally remain in ireland, u only loose the permanent residency if u move out of the county for more than 2 consecutive years.

Re: Refusal of EU Treaty Rights

u dont need a solicitor in ur case, unless u really dont trust urself sorting thing out. Even if your husband would not work u can still apply on self sufficiency, ur income has to be now calculated to ur overall income, so even if ur husband is not working ur go to go. Ur biggest problem is that ur...

Re: Pregnant EU moving to Ireland with non EU spouse

Are u Italian citizen living in Italy? Than ur husband has a local resident card, issues in Italy, based on the local immigration rules, not based on eu treaty rights, in this case he has to apply for a visa C, eu treaty rights, that should be easy to get cause he is living in an EU county already. ...

Re: cheapes-quickest self suffiency resident card in EU

ohhh, general update to my topic:

stamp 4 eufam card works like a charm, we went to UK already, they did not even ask for any papers, they barely even check the passport, coming from Ireland, it is really a hassle free travel, finally after 2.5 years of hassle we have that

Re: Can I divorce my wife in ireland from her home country?

i think OP means that still living in Ireland , then travel for few days to another country to divorce, than come back and continue life here, in this case why would not you be able to retain your rights.

Re: Stamp4EUFAM TO work permit Stamp 1

check the requirements for retaining eu ights after divorce, if u were living together for 3 years here, than u initiate the divorce, than ur spouse moves out of the country than u can still have the stamp 4 eufam, that is the best u can have. I think for the stamp 1 u have to leave the country and ...

Re: GNIB Card Stamp4EUFam expired since 2013

i guess for some reason she did not apply for the irish citizenship, it would turn out right away that your missing the permanent resident card. For Brazilian citizens there is no need for visa as a tourist in the eu, that is another reason why IO never asked for the GNIB card. She has to apply for ...

Re: EEA Family visa query and bank

you need an irish re-entry visa

If you are visa required to UK than you need a UK visa too.

You can open a bank account but you need a proof of address, something stronger, like utility bills, or paper from revenue, you know a paper coming from a large reliable company or institution.

so your daughter came to Ireland in 2011 when she was 19, she was continuously living here until today, 2017, 6 years, so now she is 25, and never worked, never studied (except some short courses, like 3 months course?) I dont mean it the wrong way but what did she do for the last 6 years? I find it...

until ur on the temporary stamp 4 u need visa everywhere, my wife got now the stamp 4 eufam, we travelled toeu mainland while she was on the 9 months stamp 4 and she needed schengen visa and re-entry irish visa, so u are not treated as eu family member until u are accepted.

Re: Eu1A unmarried couple temporary stamp4 refused

U have to argue with immigration, at least u have something to start with. i only can give my opinion, i have some experience as me and my wife going through this visa and eu4fam card process, now she is accepted for eu4fam. U might pay a solicitor if ur stuck, but in general i would not advise that...

Re: letter from Department of justice asking reason why not to revoke EUFAM4 visa

If u already told immigration that she went back in 2016 July, you are doomed. From 2014 February, u have to live TOGETHER for 3 years, so until feb 2017, than u have to start the divorce process here, than she can move out of Ireland. if any of those steps are not matching u can't retain ur rights.

Re: Eu1A unmarried couple temporary stamp4 refused

Ok, so specifically it was never said, for Irish residents too, its just logical from article 18, so if its 1 year for Irish than it should automatically apply to eu citizens too, well, good luck with that, i would bet all my savings that immigration will care less about this logic. Just like what a...

The image u uploaded won't show up to me, so i still don't get it where did u get the idea that this 1 year rule applied not only Irish citizens but Irish RESIDENT. U are Spanish , not Irish, therefore that 1 year rule never applied to u. For eu treaty rights iy was 2 years always. Plus, immigration...
