Re: EU1 application,non EU

I know by fact that in regards of visa you are completely wrong. You can get a short term C and later apply for EU1 if you apply under a specific category for visa C and it is very clear in the goverment site. I also really never heard for an non Eu endering a visa required country without a visa si...

Re: EU1 application,non EU

Type C is the wrong visa. It’s for short term visit. Any long term visit should have be type D. Familiy member of eu citizen needs visa C and not D, unfortunatly even the Irish IO at the airport dont know this! http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Family+Members+of+EU_EEA+_Swiss+citizens "You ...

Re: Stamp 4EUFAM & Seperation

as far as i know there is no requirement that u have to live under the same roof, if ur spouse is still working in Ireland as British citizen, and was doing so continuously for the last 5 years u can still apply for ut permanent resident card. Of course u need ur spouse cooperation to some extent, h...

Re: EU1 application made - what happens next?

its 4 weeks to get temp stamp4 but if u apply on eu1 for parents that could be difficult, they dont like this cases, spouse and children of eu citizen is easy, parents and sister/brother must be really dependent on the eu citizen with loads of proof, they will get 9 months allowance to stay in Irela...

Re: becoming Irish to accelerate wife citizenship

My wife`s eufam card is valid until her passport expires, in 2021, someone said that if i become Irish she wont have to get stamp4 until she will naturally renew the card, is that true? So lets say this year 2019 i become Irish, can she still travel on eufam card till the expiration date in 2021? If...

Re: Stamp 4 for non-EEA citizen (Malaysia) with EU partner (Portugal)

start the marriage process now, cause u have to inform the registrar 3 months before the actual wedding, that is mid march already Once u are married right away apply for eu1 form, then in 4 weeks she will get a stamp 4 eufam card for 9 months, and just before the expiration she will get the 5 years...

Re: Non-Eu spouse visa rejected

I don't mean to be harsh, but it sounds like this is a very poorly prepared application. I honestly can't see how you would be able to appeal that decision. Firstly, I think you misunderstood the EU Treaty Rights. EU Treaty Rights are not just about free movement. You can freely move to another cou...

Re: Non-Eu spouse visa rejected

there is no where it states I should have a job here or I should prove self sufficiency. am I missing something somewhere? As I mentioned earlier, this is the core requirement for exercising EU Treaty Rights. You can't just say to the immigration officer that you want to "exercise EU Treaty Ri...

if u follow the news about brexit, u can clearly see that they have no clue what do they want and when.
so far the right of eu citizen will be retained till the end of 2020, and honestly i believe there is more and more chance that it will be like norway

Great, sounds quite straight forward.
