Hi Kitcor, I was in the exact same situation. My son was around 4 months when i applied JCAP through Wandsworth NCS. Assuming your son was born here, he is entitled to BC. Are you saying that we can apply for registration as BC through MN1 and passport at the same time and can travel with a passport of his current nationality while the MN1 and BC passport is being processed? +1 on Ms CR001 One of the option could be to apply for MN1 straight away using joint application and he can fly back to home country using foreign passport. The British passport will come automatically after the MN1 approval and dad can carry that passport to back home and all of you can travel tog...
