Tenancy agreement & digital signature

Hi everyone A quick question regarding the UK Spouse visa application to be made in India. My Tenancy agreement in the UK with my landlord/estate agents was signed digitally using docusign. That means I have an online copy of the same with a docusign reference number on each page with digital signat...

Re: Accomodation - Survey Required?

So my local council have told me that they no longer provide the accomodation survey service so have asked me to find someone private. My current estate agents also don't provide inspection for Visa and Immigrations purpose, however they use an inventory company to do most quarterly inspections for ...

Re: spouse visa & call/chat history

If you go to Skype application and then chose the relevant contact from the left hand menu, you should be able to see the conversation history with them. If you keep scrolling further up, it'll keep displaying the older information as well.

Hope it helps.

Re: Payslips/Bank Statements & 28 days

Thanks ILR. Apologies for the long post. in short: - Payslips are generated and credited to account on the 29th of July - Bank statements generated on 25th July (won't show salary credit for July). - I leave for India on the 28th July so won't be in UK to get my latest payslip signed by the employer...

Payslips/Bank Statements & 28 days

Hello everyone The general thumb rule in relation to the Bank statements and the salary slips are that they should be covering the same time scales and should be no older than 28 days from the day of the online application. In my case, I'll be applying online for my spouse on the 6th Aug (next day o...

Re: Accomodation - Survey Required?

Are you willing to take that risk? Why not arrange for a proper inspection? Hi mate, I'll contact the council to see if they provide this service. I also have already made a rental offer for another flat for myself and my wife. The move in date will be on or after the date of my wife's entry to the...

Accomodation - Survey Required?

Hi everyone. I was reading through the forums and the point about getting a RICS survey done for a shared property caught my eye. I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom flat with a flatmate (each with own bed and bathroom) and common living area and Spam. The rental contract is in both our names (along...

Re: Spouse Visa Accomodation Query

Hey, I completely understand what you meant. Let me explain my situation once. I am going to india end of July and will get married in the 1st week of August itself and look to apply for my spouse's visa towards the middle of August. So essentially, I would only move in the house in Sept when i retu...

Re: Spouse Visa Accomodation Query

Thanks ILR1980. Utility bills will be nearly impossible for me since i move in so late.

i'll get a letter from the landlord and estate agent along with photos of the house. I can also take documents about my current accomodation just in case.

Thanks again.

Spouse Visa Accomodation Query

Hi Everyone Hope you're all doing well. I had a query about accomodation requirements before applying for my Would-be Wife's visa in a couple of months time. Hopefully it's quite a straight forward one. I'm currently living in the UK (with ILR) in a 2 bedroom flat with a flat. The tenancy agreement ...

Re: Fiance Visa conundrums

Hello Onkar, appologies for the late response. I didn't know one could do a priority application for spouse visa in New Delhi, India. My understanding is that priority application is only for tourist visas in India. Do you have any experience in applying with priority visa with VFS India? If so, can...

Re: Fiance Visa conundrums

Hi Casa, we were going to get it regsitered in the Indian Courts as well, but I see what you mean. I don't know what the legality in this matter would be, but would surely check this before making any move. Also, if we were to get married in the UK for the switch, is it sufficient to go to the regis...

Fiance Visa conundrums

Hi Everyone Hope you're all doing well... I've been living and working in the UK for over 5 years. I recently received my ILR in the UK (Feb 2016). I'm due to be getting married in India in August this year and myself and my fiance are currently pondering over the different ways of applying for her ...
