Thanks you very much maverick2000, I'll try that.

The appointment is at 9.10am. I see that the call centre opens at 9am so I guess I'll try reaching it as well right before the appointment if I'm able to make the call while at the application centre.

Hi, I have an appointment for ILR application at Croydon premium centre tomorrow. I am applying after 5 years for Tier 2 ILR and I have filled out SET(O).
