HI zaid,

You need one role at least for 24 months or 2 roles for 12 months (you can change employees in these roles if one of them leaves the role).

Hi Itk, As the other members mentioned there would be no problem changing accountant anytime and you can amend the accounts before you submit the application. I had the same problem with my old accountant and my new accountant have to resubmit my accounts for 2014 & 2015 with my director loan on...

That email is a reminder from UKVI , don't worry about it, you can still apply with in your time limit. We all got it a month before our visa expiration date.

Jafersadeq, I guess we cannot import other payroll backups to money soft application as each application uses diff formats of data backups, it may corrupt the data while exporting. I think it would be better if one can do manual FPS in money soft. My friend already spoken to his accountant if we can...
