Your lawyer needs to appeal to the (upper tribunal if it hasn't already been done) and you need to make sure that you work at-least part time and your husband wont be claiming benefits. If you are claiming already then there will be a problem unfortunately.. I hope allah makes it happen for you ins...

Just go told on the phone that the appeal was dismissed so I don't know what happens from there.

The British embassy is closed in Libya and it is not safe for him to go back.

His asylum was refused as the home office didn't take into account some evidence and believed that he was not in danger in Libya, they also said he doe not have a british child which was true at the time because they sent the refusal on the day I gave birth :|
