Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Lugansk, I didn't ask to return my passport back. I am saying that they don't know where they have kept my passport. They are trying to locate where in their office my passport has been kept. They told that as soon as they find out where exactly my passport is, they will inform me and ask me to book...

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

After more than 7 months of being totally idle while waiting for visa, I applied for Voluntary departure. But the problem is for the last 3 days Home Office is trying to locate my passport. I fail to understand how complicated it can be to locate/track an important piece of document in an organised ...

Hi Juligil,
Your information are really helpful. Thanks for that.

Had you applied for an extension or was it a new employer/new COS ?

Regards,

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Hi muzzba, I was made redundant from previous job then found a new employer who applied for my visa under a new COS. So do you mean that I am allowed to work for my new employer full time or am I allowed to work for anybody until the decision on my visa application is made ?

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

What actually causes this delay ? Is it because they don't have enough staff to look into it ? Why don't they just reject it if the application is not convincing. Without the visa its illegal to work/study so basically we are forced to just stay home doing nothing at all.

I got the 'exceptionally complex issue' letter on 10th april. Still waiting for reply. I want to know what will happen in case my application is rejected? After refusal can I do the following: *Will I be given some time to challenge the decision from within UK or do I have to leave UK immediately? *...
