They do have the permission to live there legally. Like I mentioned, the online account has their details listed. The problem is that there is no recent official document from the council. They keep saying they'll send the required documents but until now they haven't. We can print online copy but t...

The tenancy agreement and council tax is on sponsor's parents name. Sponsor pays all of the utility bills and has letters from those c...

There is no timescale. If you read around this forum you'll see some people have received their documents next day and some received after many weeks. The email from them again has no timescale. It's not been long since your friend's application so don't worry it's normal. InshAllah it'll be fine. T...

Re: Spouse visa refused Pakistan

As the right of appeal is given I don't think its eligible for administrative review. Can anyone guide me on how to prove that we sent the payslips and they returned those back along with other documents. Thanks.

Re: Spouse visa refused Pakistan

I also want to add that both the sponsor and the employer were interviewed there seems to be no objection in that. If the payslips were missing then why did they interview?
I’d be very grateful for any advice you give.

Re: Spouse visa refused Pakistan

If you had applied no later than 28 days from the 28th February then your refusal is incorrect. I think pre action protocol might resolve it quickly as it's seems a very incompetent work through incompetent caseworker who didn't checked the payslips. Can you copy paste the refusal wording by deleti...
