Luck

I really do think it's the luck of the draw on how fast your case is dealt with. But I have been calling them quite regularly to be updated, so perhaps you should call for piece of mind. I had a friend who didn't get theirs back for three months because it was sitting on a random desk somewhere. So ...

Timeline

Sounds like you have a very similar timeline to me ... would be great to keep in touch. I am a little nervous because I am booked to leave New Zealand on 28th September and hope I will get the all clear by then!

My application was recieved August 1st and my credit card was charged the same day. How do I get my reference number? Will they email me? Or should I call them?

Cool thanks for that ... sounds like the processing isn't that bad. I am expecting the worst and am very nervous because I am booked to fly out of New Zealand on September 28th and really want to get the visa before then.

Courier

I sent my application by courier from New Zealand on 27th July. It arrived August 1st. I am hoping I sent it to the right address. I sent it to the 7th Floor, Fountain Precinct, Balm Green, Sheffield. Has anyone else sent it to this address? What have the processing times been like?
