First try to get new sponsor . If not then try another category if possible. If not then the business ur husband doing according to level 4 or not and if u can transfer all business on ur name then u can apply for tier 1.

Papper appeal accepted in jr and home office withdraw case b

My papper appeal accepted home office missed deadline of submission bundle and before few days of hearing home withdraw the case from court and agreed the out of court settlement .

Hi Branch 123 I m not an expert.but in my opinion if you are sure and confident then go for extension. File uour case delay biometric as long as you extend . In that way you will easily pass 2months.
