You should report to police &home office &yes someone a professional which can be of any even a shopkeeper or security guard can sign photos for you.Dont worry HO will send you a new one once applied. thank you how can l report it to police and home office l went to the Police station today...

l have moved house recently and l can’t find my travel document, i’m thinking of applying for a new one
do l need police report? also when l send my my photos do they need to be signed by a professional?

After the Home office refusal it took about 4 months for court hearing, then It took about 10 days after the hearing for the court decision, after that it took 3 weeks for the BRP to arrive.

You need ILR before you can apply for citizenship. To get ILR you need 5 years residence. The citizenship based on 3 years residence applies to married people not unmarried partners. Yes.

Do you have reference for that to say that you need visa?

Because I've called them and they said you don't need it for the blue travel document
