Hi There,
You could certainly apply to switch from within the UK without RLMT on the basis of the Oxford Brookes degree. One of my friend has just got the visa on the basis of the OB Degree, he was also doing ACCA but now working full time. So I am sure you should be fine as well.

I did the exact same. I applied on the basis of my Bachelors degree because my MSc dissertation marks were still pending. There should not be any problem as long as you had continuous leave. your previous degree has no significance except that u will not need to do ILETS. you can switch from outside uk, with restricted cos and rlmt done. remember restricted cos.. not unrestricted one. Thanks for your helpful advises.

However, I have read in one of the discussions that if you have been continuously in the UK since you had the degree then it is not a problem being on tier 4 ACCA student as we can get exemption from RLMT because of the graduation degree gained previously.
